They were super terrible. Their policies were completely false. They say free shipping but they do not tell you that you have to send it back to them at your own cost. They ship from New York but make you ship back to them in UK. I had to spend over $20 regular shipping to get it back to them and argued over email. No one would call me. Online it says if it doesn't fit they will exchange free and they handle shipping they tried to say we handle it from us but not you but the site does not break that down at all. It's false advertising because no woman is going to pay to shop with you. Especially when the way they break down the sizes for their outfits are incorrect as well. I feel like they do it on purpose to stick you with there product and they keep your money. The people online give you faulty info because I asked if i ship it back would they give me my money back and he said yes. When they received my shipment they sent a credit. I sent the email and everything and they said no its a credit. Finally to be done with them I just said forget it and exchanged it for a regular over priced dress. I just wanted to be done. But I would NEVER shop with them again or advise anyone else to. Don't do it, not worth it.
