I purchased what I though was legitimate version of MS Office 2010 Suite, couldn't download software and contacted the support center. I've been on chat for the last two days with their techs trying to get it installed. I stayed up from a little past 12:00A.M. until after 7:00A.M. and still didn't achieved any results with the installation. Now, they want me to upgrade my operating system(more money). Each time I ask for a refund, the subject changes. I can't even get to their sales department.
