I ORDERED GOODS ON 03/02/2013 ONLINE AT WWW.PANTOTHEN.COM. IN GB POUNDS IT CAME TO £59.99. PAYMENT TO THIS COMPANY NATHANS NATURALS HAS COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD DELIVERY WOULD BE IN 4 -6 WORKING DAYS. TO DATE 14/02/2013 I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER. I HAVE E MAILED THEM 5-6 TIMES ASKING WHEN I CAN EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER. TO DATE I HAVE HAD NO REPLY WHICH IS WORRYING ME.HOW AM I GOING TO GET MY GOODS OR MONEY BACK? NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM EXCEPT E MAILS,BUT NO REPLY SO FAR

- I have had exactly the same problem - including the same cost for the product! I believe the email address including the online form is just a mailbox and probably doesn't get monitored. Contact your card issuer to request they amend your statement (remove the payment) as the goods were never delivered.
