I went to web site it stated I had some unclaimed money due to me they charged me 49.95 to see if this was me the money was owed to they have a guareented your money back if this person is not me, it turned out that it was not and I have repeatedly tryed to contact them through email email [email protected] they have a 24 to 48 hour responce time and have not heard from them I have left multiple phone messages and always get a recording to leave message and still no responce the number is 415-503-9971 I only did this because they had a guareented your money back I even put in a cancelation which they said they recieved my ticket number they gave me was 25059 still have not recieved my money back please help my number is (Personal Information Removed) thank you.
