I placed an order for the aqua rug the end of Dec 2012. I upgraded and I thought I had wiped out the regular grade. I was told it would take 4 weeks for my order. The money was taken out of my checking account on 1-16-2013 for $111.89. I received 4 rugs. When I called, I was told that is how many I ordered. I tried arguing with them but they were very adamant. I was also told I paid shipping & handling on all 4 rugs. I was not happy but I said ok. This morning I checked my bank account and 116.89 was taken out again. I had a hard time finding a phone number but I finally found one. The girl, Diane, has not been very nice and said I placed an order for 4 sets of rugs. I told I did not and she would not listen to me. I am still on hold waiting for a supervisor to speak to me. Diane tried to stall me but I got a little angry. I finally got to speak to a supervisor. He told me I had ordered 8 sets in Dec. After much arguing, he finally agreed to refund me the shipping by tomorrow of 36.95 & since the other sets were already shipped, I would have to refuse them & when they received them back I would receive a full refund. Things got pretty nasty & I finally agreed to this but I am filing a complaint with the BB & the Attorney General with the State of Missouri. We shall see what happens.
