Complaint 210600 Details

Got a call yesterday from "Jeff Brown" leaving message to call him back with my attorney #. When I tried to call back yesterday it apparently went to voicemail (got a beep but no greeting)so I hung up. At 6:59 this morning I got another call from "Jeff". When I answered the phone I heard a beep and nothing else. He left me a message while I was on the phone. When I called him back (916/287-3815) he said he was an attorney & I had a suit against me and he needed the # of my attorney so they could fax the documents or they could fax them to me at work. I said who has filed a suit against me. He said Cash Advance America. I told him I had no dealings with them. He said the Sheriff would be out to my job tomorrow to arrest me. I told him he was a scam and to never call my # again. As I've seen with many other complaints, heavily accented Indian guy. I'm going to the State Attorney General's Office in GA & filing a complaint myself.
