We represent this legitimate and good company. We are in current pursuit of unfortunate and yet sometimes necessary legal action of a former associate and colleague who had agreed in writing and contract to many different actions to partner with and cooperate with our new and growing company. Unfortunately, when they illegally broke their contract and cost the company much time and money, we had to move on but have never insulted or falsely accused them of any wrongdoing. Now we must consider this a slander and pursue any and all wrongdoing. When someone falsely accuses it is harmful, and no matter the outcome, it's usually not advisable to slander anyone's name or reputation especially when there are signed and executed legal contracts and documents that prove otherwise, to the exact opposite of what is being claimed. We will not try to argue these false and brutally inaccurate accusations in this forum but instead will hope for a peaceful and logical resolve which will no doubt prove to our favor when brought to light. These comments will also be brought to the attention of the court if need be because when trying to assist and start a good, honest and peaceful business with nothing but pure intentions and hard work as has been the case here, all those that actually know this business and it's owners will vouch for them in every way to justify and clear their reputation at any cost. We intend for nothing but the best for our friends, clients and business associates and although this individual(s) have cost us much more time, effort and money than even their false claims indicate, we have not slandered or harmed them in any way. We wish them the best, again hope they will allow for a peaceful and decent resolve to their concerns and apologize before they leave us no choice but to defend our good name and great reputation in court at much unnecessary expense for us and them as well. We are saddened that anyone can post falsely online without regard for the truth.
