I responded to an ad for their fifty one trio starter kit for $4.95. I recieved the kit in the mail but 2 weeks later they charged my debit account an additional $99.67 causing an overdraft that has cost me some hefty fees. Upon calling the company to request a refund they informed me that I was bound by the terms and conditions and that there would be no refund. Supposedly the $4.95 was for a trial offer of 14 days and that information was in the ad. The fact is I did not see anything about these terms in the ad. I am very careful doing business online and wondered how I could have missed it. Upon searching for complaints about this company I found out that in their ad they are using black text on a black background making it invisible. It is there you just can't see it. I urge anyone who has had bad experiences with them to please file a complaint with your nearest Better Business Bureau.
