I am in need of some information regarding money being taken from my father's (who is elderly by the way) checking account on 2/7 and then again today 2/13 causing his account to be seriously negative and he is on a fixed income. He says he has not "signed up" for anything online and I am looking for direction on how to have this removed, his money returned and whether or not I need to take legal action to have all of his overdraft fees paid. I am very angry and beyond words...Any info would be greatly appreciated..I will give my personal email for any info!!!
