Applied For A $5,000.00 Loan. Steven Butler said I was approved. Then the next day, I received a telephone call from Peter Higgins telling me that I needed to send another $900.00 because I was high risk and because of my credit score. I told him I didn't want to deal with them anymore so I wanted my collateral money that I sent to Spain via Western Union back. He said I could received the refund back on August 19, 2011. Haven't received my refund as of September 15, 2011.

- I had the same thing happen to me with a company called Midwest Alliance in Chicago. Only I out $1784.00!!!
