I went to the atm to make a withdrawl, when I got my balance I found out I was missing forty dollars. I called my bank the next day and they told me a checkcard withdrawl had been made with my debit card numbers. I called the 1800 number they gave me from the company and the guy told me he would refund my 39.95. I got my bank statement today and seen that the money had not been deposited back into my account. I went to terneckhelp.com and chatted with a live person who told me they could not give me my money back, but they did inform me that my debit card number had been entered in a subscription of some sort but would not give me the subscription information so I could cancel what ever it is they say I am enrolled in. So what, is this supposed to be taken out again next month? I didnt enroll in anything! I never gave my number out online! Help Please?
