Had a call from a Sid watson who gave id and works number, had all of my computer details and stated that there were lots of problems on the computer due to my licence having expired. I allowed access and when he then told me the cost of fix he took control of my computer until i paid £126.00 which i paid with a credit card. Then cleaned computer and gave me contact tel number and password for future support.
