I hired them in end of July 2012 in a pinch to get my bathtub and surround tile refinished in the new house I was moving in to. It came with a 5 year warranty. At first all looked great but after only 4 month the refinishing started to bubble, peel and the caulking let water in causing mildew and mold. I contacted the business and was told for over 4 weeks period time they were to busy to come and fix it and in the end they would do whatever it takes to make it right even if they had to re-do everything. I was finally able to get an appointment on 1/7/2013 at 10 am for them to come out. I had to take the day off work. And waited, and waited and waited. I emailed them twice during the waiting period, got no response, no body called. I filed a complained with the BBB to which the business responded with a blatant lie, that they had tried to contact me (which I can proof is not the case), that they came to my house twice and I was not there (which I have witnesses that this is not the case), in the end the stated a totally different town than I live in. They responded to the BBB on 1/27/2013 that a refund would be issued. I have not received this refund to this day. I lost money on the inferior work ($550) that now I have to get re-done by a real professional as well as a day worth of pay ($243). All I want is my money back and re-reimbursed for the time lost as they obviously never intended to stand behind their work, word or warranty. And I want other to be aware of this business business-practices. I filed with the BBB (they re-opened the case), peoplesclaim, FTC and AG.
