Site offered a free grant kit by just paying shipping and handling of $2.97. $3 was charged to my account on 9/7/2011. Another charge of $57.93 was charged to my account on 9/15/2011. I called to ask what the charge was for and was told that I signed up for access to their webpage. I told them I did not know about the webpage and they said it was my responsibility to read the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions were not available to me on the page that my credit card information was asked for. I checked their website and terms and conditions is not clearly given. You have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find it in small print. I cancelled on 9/15/2011 and do not have access to the remaining month of service Grantassist says my $57.93 is paying for. They have refused to refund the money even though I do not have access to their service.
