Hello, I am submitting this complaint as form of warning. I believe this so called "company" is actually a reshipper scam. They first email you about job... promising to work from home and offering decent pay about $30 per box that has been forwarded to some address most likely one overseas. Unfortunately I was taken advantage of this job opportunity as I am currently unemployed, but fortunately I was lucky enough to find out that this was a known scam and thankfully I have not contributed into this scam. The base of this scheme is that some asshole who stole a credit card somewhere from someone mails you the stolen item purchased by the stole credit card to your house after that you the "mule" are to deliver the item to them. as of writing this message the website they operated to make their business seem legit is off-line www.intern-service.com. I received an email from a person that calls herself Erica Bell, her position in the company is the Hiring Manager. Her email is [email protected] and her number is 1-804-467-7286, She has an accomplice who calls herself Mary her telephone number is 804-591-0228. One these boxes arrived to my house and I asked UPS to return to sender.

  • Hello Ken, I am sorry to hear you have fallen into this scam. You're in a tough spot, I recommend you submit a complaint and scam report with the Better Business Bureau of Richmond Virginia, the place where this International Service LLC claims to be from. Next I recommend this website http://www.workathomenoscams.com/2008/10/07/package-forwarding-reshipping-job-or-scam/#comments read everything that is on there it is a very useful resource as to how to go about this and how to protect yourself. I also recommend filing a report on www.ic3.gov, read here for more information on these scams http://www.ic3.gov/preventiontips.aspx#item-15. I also recommend putting a fraud alert on your credit report as a means to protect yourself, you supplied these people with private information in my case I gave them a picture of my drivers license which they could clearly see my license number.

I too was contacted by this (Inappropriate Content Removed)Erica Bell, and by her accomplice Mary.

  • Here is more information about the Parcel operator position.

After the first package is shipped out to your address, you'll get notification on your e-mail. The first packages will be delivered to you in 1-3 business days. I'll try to let you know beforehand about this. But sometimes it is impossible for me to check all information and my system might not be updated .
Please be sure to check your email and be available on the phone from 10 am to 6 pm!

Usually all tasks come from Monday to Friday.

Please keep in mind that packages arrive either on your name or sender's name. Please check the package by tracking number, because this information is always correct.

After the package is received, you need to inform me about it by sending email with tracking number of the package.

After I get your email I'll send a message to our warehouse and they order USPS label. I'll email you the shipping label after I get it (usually it takes not more than 1 day).

You need to print the shipping label and enclose it with the package. (It's already pre-paid and doesn't need to be paid additionally)

After that remove all stickers (UPS, Fedex) from shipping package to avoid mistakes in Post Office.

After that you need to take package with printed label and go to the closest USPS office. It is obligatory to ask the Postal Officer to put a stamp on receipt or Postal Officer's signature. Never drop off packages there, you must give packages to USPS worker who accepts them.

Important rule: ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE SHIPPING LABEL.

    So briefly:
    - delete previous stickers (Fedex, UPS) from shipping box
    - print and enclose label outside of package
    - shipping via USPS
    - receipt

Please let me know if everything is clear regarding this instruction.
The first package will be delivered to you soon.
I'm waiting for your quick response.

Next days I'll explain you where you can check information about packages
