DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered an Orgreenics frying pan on-line for $19.99 and agreed to receive a second "free" pan for an additional charge of $12.99 for shipping. After hitting the order button the website froze with the word "processing" displayed. I was never shown the final order tally or sent an email confirming what it was. I called the company to inquire and they told me they could not tell me if an order was in their system but that I would receive a shipping confirmation if an order was sent. When I was sent a shipping confirmation there was still no explanation of what the order contained. Today, a FedEx package arrived and it contained a complete cookware set and Orgreenics totalled the order as $703.68!Luckily they must charge by installments as the charge to my credit card is $123.78 (which I am disputing!) Unfortunately FedEx just left the package and did not ring my doorbell so I was not able to refuse it.
When I called Orgreenics they refused to give me a Return Authorization form (even though they clearly have a FedEx account)and suggested that if I wanted to return the pacakge that I drop it off at the nearest FedEx office (which is 45 minutes away.) I have frozen payment to Orgreenics and blocked their ability to make additional charges to my credit card hopefully this will be the end of this mightmare.
