I ordered a pair of shoes and the seller contacted me to ask for more money with an explanation that the shoes needs to be hand made for me. I asked for a refund and the seller keeps ignoring me (he answered only once to say that there will be a 20% (about 20$!!) cancellation fee because the bank took as a commission.
He publishes a false service agreement and terms of use.
Already contacted my credit card company for payment cancellation.
