I too ordered the free 30-day trial for $3.95. I do not monitor my accounts and was totally unaware of the 1/8/13 charge of $79.41 for the "free 30-day trial" until I received a supply of unordered product on 1/28. I immediately called to dispute the "order" as well as the charge of $85.36. I was told I could return the unopened bottle for a credit of $79.41 as well as a written cancellation of my "account." I waited to make sure my account was credited before calling to request a return of the first $79.41 for the "free 30-day trial" sample; my request was refused. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company but was told it probably wouldn't do any good because of excelatrims' "company policy" which I supposedly did not follow. I feel fortunate I got one refund and a written cancellation notice after reading through other complaints; I will continue to file complaints with appropriate state and local officials whose job it is protect consumers against unethical business practices.
