I applied for a loan against my pension and was approved! They requested $248 before the loan could be sent, I did that and now they are asking me to send them $1400 for a VAT fee thats required by all foriegners to pay before they get the loan. I just want to make sore this company is not a fake! What should I do?

- I just off the phone with my bank. And Malaysia does charge the "vat" of what the amount to be transferred. I have been working with Encomium Investment. And i am very sure this isn't a scam.
