Saw motime.ca charge on my Bell bill. Did not ask me and I never downloaded anything,that I know. This charge has been going on sinceAug 2012. ...seven months ago! Talked to bell rep ..could do nothing . Finally called motime.ca . Agent was on south Africa. He said I "might get A refund. How do these guys get my number? I did not download any ringtones or anything. How does Bell get right to collect this on my bell bill?
