They appear to be hacking wireless routers, then calling people to charge $149.00 to fix the problem with connecting to Internet Explorer. They couldn't get a mastercard to work & wanted me to go to Western Union to wire the money. I refused. Went to Walmart and purchase a new router & all works now. QMPCTECH listed their phone number as 1-800-466-1970, which according to the internet they list several company functions.
