I saw Speedy PC listed on speed test.net and they said they were affiliated with Microsoft. They're NOT! I trusted them, and downloaded the program. They then give you a # to call to "activate" it. I did, stupidly, and got talked into $90 more to have a Tech 3 clean my machine, which was about 2 hours. (they tell you it will take 5-6 hours). Nothing has changed, my computer is still slow, and when I tried to connect to Tech support via the program they install, they ask for a PIN which I don't have! I got duped big time. I ran a new scan just a few hours later and guess what? I have all these "critical errors" AGAIN! I found out this is fraudulent software after the fact, so now I will be asking for a refund and calling my credit card co. My computer is still slow, and my wallet is lighter. ***WARNING*** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
