My tax refunds was posted on my account on February 7, 2013 and rush card has a hold on my funds and said that I need to send in my information to verify that I am that person and said once I did that my funds would then be available but they still are available on my card and every time I talk to a supervisor they say they have to send it to cooperate office and they still haven't released my funds.
