Same as previous reporter... I noticed a $30.00 charge on my account and looked up the company to find out what it was all about. They were trying their best to convince me to let them transfer me to someone who could tell me about my benefits.... I had to get firm with the lady and tell her I'm not interested (them helping me get a payday loan - for $30.00, along with credit management). I told her I wanted my $30.00 back into my account and she FINALLY agreed to do that... gave me a Refund Confirmation Code and told me it would take between 10 & 20 days to get back into my account! (It didn't take that long for them to take the money out of my account!!). As the previous reporter said... BEWARE of this company... How dare they!
