I had ordered a hair piece for me and 2 little hair pieces for me. They were by far not what we had expected, so we had wanted a refund. I told the lady paypal wasn't working well for me and wasn't accepting my bank information. And asked her to please send it another form since my daughter needs this money for surgery. Knowing this, she sent it to paypal today KNOWING that it will come back to her since paypal isn't working on my end. And now refuses to answer my emails or anything. I want my 62.00 back!

- I am the owner of Stranded Treasures. This is a false claim. The refund was completed, confirmed by Paypal. Customer claimed she lost her Paypal debit card causing Paypal to have no record of her entire account (according to Paypal, this is inaccurate. The account is accessible by email/password) and asked me to send her a check or money order. As per my Store Policies, refunds can only be submitted back to the account in which the transaction was made from. This ensures the legitimacy of the transaction. I have record of corresponding emails (none of which I ignored) and record of the completed refund. Paypal assured me the refund was indeed completed and the customer needs to contact them if there is an issue with their account. ...As a small business owner and artist I take pride in providing quality handmade work along with utmost professionalism.
