My American Express was used fraudulently, by someone not myself. I don' know this person, All I know the card is my card and I did not order anything from this group, nor would I ever, actually, knowing what I know n ow. After spending an hour and a half on the phone, they finally found the person who charged this on my card. They told me that because it's a fraudulent charge, they would refund one month's fee, of 19.98/ THAT'S ALL. Naturally, I said b*-+s#it, You either refund the whole thing, or I inform American Express, the State's Attorney General's office, Police Fraud Division. They 've got me so steamed, I think a class action lawsuit ought to commence against these SOB's All that they are doing is (plain and simply) stealing from every consumer that happens to want a free credit report, capture your card number and go to town. Next thing you know you have bills that the consumer thought that they were getting their yearly report for free.

What's worse, is that I didnt even order the GD thing, and they still want to screw me. Think again, grifting scam artists. I dont care how much I gotta spend, this should not stand!!!
