This is what I wrote to them today:

Hello.

I would just like to put on record all the problems I have had to deal with from ordering plug and safe.
I first ordered 2 pair in mid November 2012 with the understanding there would be 3 monthly payments of $59.98. $179.94 was taken out of my account. I complained and was given a credit for the amount and the first payment came off a week later ($59.98). THEN ONE WEEK later a 2nd $59.98 was taken out listed under some type of cleaning product. When I called they said that it was not showing up in there computer and I would have to fax documents from the bank. I did so – to someone named Amanda. I was told by the manager Sue that I would be getting a credit for that. I never did so I made it my 2nd payment. This caused hardship at Christmas time! The 3rd payment of $59.98 was taken out on 12/28/12. I thought it was over with THEN on 2/5/13 another $59.98 was taken out!!!!!! I am working with someone named Rita – she turned it over to Jeanette (the current manager) who did not call me back after 2 days. I called back this morning and Rita is saying I have to send documents AGAIN from the bank showing all the activity with the company. I am waiting on a call back from the bank but I think it is not right that I and the bank have to deal with this when it is your company’s error and it should show on your computer exactly what payments have been made!!!
Working with this company has caused great mental anguish and aggravation!
Please refund my money!

PS I was mailed mistakenly another box of plug and safe that I will not pay to return. I would be happy to return it if you email me a prepaid shipping label. They are still in the unopened box. I WILL NOT PAY to have them sent back!!!! It was your error.
PSS It cost over $20 in phone calls to try to resolve all the issues involved with this purchase! It is a Canadian phone number – which I did not know. It has the initials DE beside it like it is a Delaware USA phone number! I am also very unhappy with the product.
I will never order anything from on the television again! I learned my lesson!
