about June 8th 2011 we were in need of a loan for equipment for our company. i came across A ad for a SBA loans i sent for more information.same day rec a call from Joan Lyon from the Fulfillment Division at Pacific Corporate,asking to send in 3 years taxes profit and loss.And to wait someone would contact us well next day a Pauleen Winters said we qualified for a 500,000.00 SBA loan. Then we were contacted by Mike Roman from there processing department to send in 499.00 for part 1 of the 2 packets after filling out both packets we were told to process them we need to send in a 4850.00 that we were almost done and about to rec the loan, we asked to have something saying that we were guaranteed the loan he said he couldn't because he was not even in the same department that the loan would be coming from but that we would be very foolish not to keep going since we were so close. so we sent them the money. months kept going by we were always given different names of people like Anthony Cattouse And Dante McConnel and Walter Beard and Natalie Totera that was handling our file but it would be any day now. then in June of 2012 we finally got a call back from a Mr. John Logan saying the SBA loan was not going to be approved because we were not a corporation but the good news was that we are pre approved for a 450,000.00 loan and that we would be given the information in the next 2 days . then we contacted by a Tevis Ike which was Mr. Logan personal assistant and that to get the loan we needed to send in 7200.00.I refused to send any more money but then Mr loan called and said that we were 100% guaranteed to get the 450,000.00 by that Friday just 4 days. I was to go to Chase Bank and deposit the money to a account there at the branch, so feeling better that i could at least confirm with the bank on this account i did the bank teller told me that this account had been open for years. so I made the deposit. after that i called mr logan and he said that a Chris Mazzone would be contacting me on the final papers to sign. after weeks of trying to get a hold of a live person finally on May 4 2012 Chris sent me a email saying that my Bank contact is Alias Masudi at wells fargo bank and he left him a mess to call him back to discuss our file and for me to feel free to contact him too. Never could i get a hold of any one and then on July 25 2012 a email came in saying that this was URGENT mess but that the accounts at pacific corporate services has had a data breach of client contact information and that a bunch of former salespeople and customer support staff that had been terminated were contacting customers to solicit monies and this was under investigation and as soon as they new something more we would be contacted never have we rec a call. 3 weeks ago i got a live person that answered the phone and i went over this whole thing and he told me that he knows nothing of anything going on that they where just moving to a building across the street. he transferred me to Mr logans voice-mail but i have yet to rec a call.
