I called this company, first they screen your phone number, then they say they cannot refund your money, after constant calling they gave me a confirmation number 742rj and said my refund would be on my statement within 4 days, its been 3 weeks and nothing yet. I have called and they say I am not in the system, I have an email confirming my cancelation, but the phone number at the bottom is missing the last digit, and funny how when I try the old number they have no idea what I am talking about. The people who work for this company are rude and they say there is no mgr available. I would like a refund as I am on limited income, what a scam
