This is in reference to incident that happen to me on 1/28/13 at the Save-a-lot in Oxon Hill MD. I have purchased $128.59 in grocery and my chocolate milk was stolen in the store. someone took my chocolate milk that the cashier Stephanie #0362 placed underneath the save-a-lot cart. When I notice that the milk was gone. I returned to store and inform the cashier that the milk was gone and someone had stolen it from my cart. Security and another stated that Save-A-Lot is not reasonable for items being stolen from the cart. As a victim for $2.49, I believed after watchng the video camera and seeing that the milk was stolen. Save-a-lot should had taken the neccessary precaution or courtesy to restore the peace by acccomadating me for my lost as a victim being robbed for some chocolate milk on their precise. There was resolution so I returned all the groceries to store and received cash in the amount of $126.53 still disguntle I called the police and reported the incident but he did not review the video camera for the lost goods of a Save-a-lot victim when a crime has been committed in the community of a social disorder. Officer Pfc McKinney #3376 report 13-028-2119 talked to the store manager Sam, he stated that the goods was stolen outside the store and chocolate milk is no liability of of his'. This store allowed me to be robbed right in front of the Save-A-lot security guard officer and she stated it was okay because it happen outside the store. I don't believe the robbery of my chocolate milk was stolen outside the store. Please refund the funds that was purchase for the chocolate milk.
