I am signed up to Onlycashsurveys (United Sample Inc.). On Dec. 31st 2012 I requested a payout of $35.00 to be deposited into my paypal account. On Tuesday 1/29/2013 I sent an email in regard to the payment. They responded back stating that my cashout request had been approved and I would receive it in 6-7 days. Yesterday, Tues 2/5/13 I sent another email about the payment. They responded that paypal's "payment function" was down and that there was no estimated resolution time. I contacted paypal directly and found that they are NOT having any problems.
