I ordered shoes on 8/25/11. As of 9/13/11 the shoes have not been received. The payment was made complete immediately. When attempting to contact the company via the "Contact Us" tab, the "send" button conveniently does not work. I am unable to contact anyone regarding the order placed.

They also did not respond to any of my emails. I payed through paypal and they helped me get my money back.
In my case I received a package from china with a hannah montana plastic bag inside. When seller finally responded (after a filed a claim through paypal), they put a condition. I will get my money back, if I send the wrong item back to... CHINA. of course I pay for the shippping.
I called paypal direcetly and they told me not to send anything back. They refunded me the money same day. -
