I was charged $34.95. After finally reaching someone by phone on 1/4/13 i was given a refund code. On 1/15/13 i was told that the refund could take 7 days and that day was the seventh day. On 1/30/13 after reaching a different company when i put in the website called pivot1point.com i was told that i would have the refund by friday. I did not receive it. Today the website is different again and is again loan1hub. I do not know how they are able to steal information from other sites and get access to our accounts. I did not give consent for them to do this and just want the money back. This needs to be shut down
