I clicked on free pc scan/it told me my PC was a mess/which it wasn't but it scared me so i bought the scan pro thing/after i did that the very next day my friend told me it was a scam so i called them and they said it was to late to cancel/so i got stuck with the first $29.95/called again the next day after the disk came in the mail/cancelled and told them i knew it was just a scam and they said it would be cancelled/well low and behold this Feb.4th i get an email stating a charge of $29.95 would be on my charge so i called again/i never even downloaded the disk i threw it away/so today they told me the charge would be off my charge and they would for sure cancel my sub. But i think people should know it is just a scam to try and talk you out of $500.00 to fix your PC which isn't broken anyway/my Norton does just fine.=THANKS
