Undelivered items - waited months for 2 $50 amazon gift card. Now being told they have credited me 300 bids in lieu of delivering them. Also, a shredder I won was marked as shipped, then changed to preparing shipment, where it has sat for weeks. Also, I won a weather radio/flashlight - it arrived as a refurb unit, not new.
This was after several items that they were STILL auctioning were reported as out of stock and I was told to choose a replacement. This site is indeed a ripoff.

- The company has offered a resolution to the issues. I will come back and update if they do not follow through.
