I flew from Stockholm to Dusseldorf over the weekend for a wedding and made a total of 4 phone calls using their payphones. I made 2 right after I landed, both to my wife. I had no loose money so I used my card. She answered once and we talked for 1 minute, just to say I landed safely and would call once I reached my friends house. When leaving, I made 2 more calls and she never picked up, that didnt stop BBG to charge me around 40 euros per call, regardless if my wife answered or not. Tried calling their costumer support and they asked me for a printed receipt (from a payphone?) and my bank says they cant do anything about it. How can this company do this to people? This is fraudulent and wrong in so many levels.
