Taking care of usual banking on September 12, 2011 I noticed a unusual check number and started asking the bank employee for details pertaining to this transaction. The check was a counter check made out to USA Credit with no signature, no address nor a phone number for this company. Bank officials explained the action that would be taken to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible.

- I hope you get your money back from the bank soon. Back in July of this year, I was hit by the same scam. I had the bank file a fraud complaint for me and I got my money back. I thought that was the end of it until a few days ago when I got another "credit card" from USA Credit, welcoming me as a new customer! I called them and discovered that, while they had canceled my original 'membership' on July 15, they opened a new account in my name on July 16! This time, they have only gotten $14 from my account - in August. It slipped by without my noticing it. Luckily, I will be able to have the bank refund this $14. Please watch for this same double scam. I don't want the same thing to happen to you!
