Like many others on this site I have now experience the same exact thing. On January 15th I placed an order for a Mitchell and Ness Fitted SF 49ers 1975 Shield cap. My card was immediately charged, when no shipment conformation happened I e-mailed January 18th to get a status update. The next day I get an e-mail saying not to worry the package was ready for shipment. On January 30th after the order status did not change I did research (unfortunately should have done it before) and found similar cases. I called my credit card company to tell them of the potential fraud and e-mailed the company to let them know. At which point I was told not to contact my credit card company the shipment was on its way and was provided a tracking number. I told them it does not matter due to the other reviews and the troubles I was having I already contacted my financial company. He then said I was a robber for contacting them. I did end up receiving a hat MLB New Era 59Fifty Canadian Fitted Cap not what I ordered. Hopefully my credit card company can clear up this fraud but pretty much expect to $46.04. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A HUGE MISTAKE!!!
