I ordered a FREE sample from Levela and paid the 5.00 postage with my debit card. On Jan 9th 2013, 89.95 was debited from the same debit card by Levela. I contacted them and was told through an automated phone system that they had shipped their product to me. There was no option to talk to anyone, only automated choices. I was told that if I wanted my money refunded, I would have to send the product back to them at my own expense by Feb 2, 2013. I was given the address and a number to put on the package when I sent it back with the promise that they would refund my money. I never received anything from Levela, and have made 4 attempts to contact them by phone and email and they have never replied. They took money from me without my authorization and now it appears they will not refund it. I have today sent them a demand letter.

- Thank you ScamBook, Levela refunded my 89.95 within three days of reporting this through you! My bank after spending 30 minutes on the phone with them, sent me forms to fill out. As Sweet Brown says, "Ain't nobody got time for that!" Seriously though, thank you!
