In 2011 i had an account with an overdraft limit of $750.00. I owed $720.00 and their IBBcollection took it out of my account.
I missed a mortgage payment because of this.
Okay all is well. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then on dec. 9/11 they took 601.88 out again
Then I looked at my account and on nov. 2/11 they took $670.00 and then again on nov 14/11 they took $372.28 and then on Jan. 1/12 they took 188.74.
So wrote CIBC an email and all I got was an automated response with some garble about go to your bank and talk to them.
So I did. The bank manager calls IBB and I had to get on the phone to verify who I am and they told me they have no record of any of this as this file was closed over a year ago. What is a person suppose to do.
The friggin banks have all the money and they just take it out of our accounts whenever they feel like it.
