On 06/01/2011 I purchase a new phone for the second number on
my account , and.....having questioned the "correctness" of the
"upgrade" charges for a long time.....I asked the sales rep to
delete the charge, and she said she did. A few days after I activated
the new phone, the following "message" appeared on the
"start-up" screen ( on top of the AT&T "GLOBE" ) : "(Inappropriate Content Removed)"; and
when I got my next bill I had been chrged the $18 upgrade.

I am anonymous submitting complaint about A.T.& T. : the "damage"
I am seeking is $500,000,000.......not $500. I have a picture of that
described message, but I can't do anything except photocopy it, since
A.T.& T. HAS BLOCKED ALL OTHER transmiting functions for my phone. -
