An iron usesed less than 2 dozen times shoots out sparks on my dog and furniture. No damage but total frustration with really poor products being sold to consumers so that we have to constantly replace. I usually just go buy another one but I am frustrated and have no respect for our well known USA companies such as GE any more, Since this product was bought at Walmart, I am aware of their policy to cut the price they pay but we have nowhere else to go or I would for sure. However, the same is done for all the big box stores so Home Depot, Lowes Home Improvement, etc. do no better. Who will help the consumer?
