HARPER SAID I won 5,00000.and a car it was at customs.an i had to get this moneypak card.called me day-night for daysor weeks.was getting readly.called back said they were at sheriff office wateing on papers to come acrossthe state line.be at my place in a 1hr.time.never call or seen them. i call green dot moneypak and talk to a girl,she put me to a again faren person.an then harper callme back asking for the number again.isaid no.he was haveing a hard timethey were at the banksome were.they not say.
