I recieved a phone call telling me that I was eligable for a free trial offer, i only had to pay $1.00 shipping. i was never informed of the charges that would be charged to my account if i did not return it. i recieved the package not even a week before they charged the 95.00 to my account. That is clearly not enough time to send it back. Not only did it not work but my bank account is now empty. i'm 19 and a full time college student. i can't afford this and need to know how i can get my money back. i live in michigan, and i dont really know how to go about it. should i return the product? i have no idea. help me please

I am in England and speak/write "English" so you may need to change some words to USA "Speak"?

I ordered and paid for your "Trial Package". If you have sent an extra
product, i.e. a " Complete Program portion" in the shipment, that is your
problem as I did not order it. I will not pay to return this extra item.
If you want it back, send me the postage. As to your "Returns Policy", 72
hours to process a return? Also I will not receive my order in time, to
return it to you, to meet your deadline of BEFORE 12 March 2013. But I
think you know that?
My Credit Card provider is aware of knockoutwhite "activities" and of such
other "Companies" providing teeth whitening products.
The result of me ordering a product from Knockoutwhite?
1. Grief, hassle and concern.
2. Having to spend 20 mins on the phone with my Credit Card provider's Fraud
Department.
3. Having to delete all the SPAM I am now getting from companies in the USA.
Blizzard White & Knockoutwhite is nothing more than a SCAM to extract money
through their "Smoke & Mirrors" advertising and Web Site'
This Email and your reply is copied to my Credit Card provider. -
