I got a loan from these people so many people contact me claiming to be them,I don't who to pay ,there so many scammers out there I don't know who to deal with this,so I sent a letter saying that I want reach agreement with them,I seek advice here in Florida most attorneys say the most they can do in Florida send collection agent and put credit report,for me that's my credit so I want ,reach agreement.any advice.
