I received a message from FBI saying my computer has been used to violate copyright laws which is not true. They said a have to pay the 'fine' and then they will leave me alone. I can't use my computer, working on the fix right now and most certainly I won't pay the so-called fine because I haven't done anything wrong. Here's how the virus looks like:
