I ordered a "free" trial on the 7 dec 2012, on the 16 dec 2012, i emailed the company to ask where my product was . Early January 2013 the product arrived with no instructions - i went overseas on my holiday and returned on the 26th January to find that my credit card has been continually debited by this company - when i called the company ( overseas) they said cause i didnt respond to the 30 day trial, they have continued to send me products - it is so obvious it takes over 30 days to get to Australia !!! I have asked them to STOP ! This is ridiculous ! If there is a 30 day money back guarantee why does it take more than 30 days to receive the product !>? Im to scared to open the product, there is no instructions and I wanted to send it back, but they said NO - they said they would stop debiting my credit card, but how do you trust an operator overseas that this will happen ???
