I ordered a pair of tire chains for my lawn tractor thru E-Bay on the internet. I was shipped 2 sets of chains from 2 differnt suppliers. I contacted e-bay about the error
and how to return 1 set to the seller that I did not order from. I was told to contact the seller and seee if he would accejpt the return. The supplier sharges a 20% restocking fee, which I feel I should not pay. E-bay said there is nothing they can do about it.
