Purchased two car buggy kits. Quoted $75 each plus $38 DHL shipping. Was told that item was sent and that it could not be tracked until it cleared China customs. Upon further investigating, DHL officials stated that the tracking number was not a valid DHL number.

The bad part for these people is that I am an investigator who has been to China 17 times and through four adoptions and business meetings I have made many good friendships with influential people. At the moment I am in the process of requesting a video of the day and time that the money was picked up at the Western Union location. As soon as I have a photo of the perpetrator, I will pressure the Chinese authorities to incarcerate the parties involved. This is going to be the worst nightmare these people have messed with. I will not stop until they are in jail.
