IDebra Troyer noticed chages on my account in Feb and canceled my debit and checking acct. Filled out a fraud form and some of the charges have been taken care. I recieved my new debit card last week and have a new chwckin since Feb 24. The yesterday I called Customer service to inqiure about the 90$, 250$ charged also a 35 $ overdraft because I had also cnceled nmy protection. I asked that my acct. & debit be closed. They(wayne) Also spoke to his super viser whom never called back. The refusal was because I neede to update my negative balance brfore they could close accts. Then this a.m. another 150$ was taken out. WHY since i had changed my acct. and stated fraud? I have to let you know that I had to take out payday loans for an emergency in Feb. but since then have been working with a payday relief company who has sent revocation statments to each of thes lender.
